About Snapsych Assessment

  • Snapsych is based on the Big Five and related frameworks which are used by firms globally. It has been measured against two widely used Big Five personality tests and shown good correlation (Saucier’s mini-markers and Big Five Inventory).

  • Accuracy (reliability) of the test Average alpha is .88, which is considered as very good as compared to an industry benchmark (>.70).

  • Validity The test provides good face validity with questions based on modern occupational settings. The test also has a good Construct Validity and the structure of the Big Five as well as the correlation between Big Five factors and Snapsych have been statistically tested at threshold p <.05 and p<.01.
